We Specialize In

-Custom Gift Baskets and Special Requests 
Don't forget that all of our baskets can be customized to fit your special needs or requests. Whether you have a specific idea for a special person, or you want a unique gift basket that will make an impressive presentation, we can always work within your price range. Some special requests will require a two-day notice. Also, fresh food and flowers need to be ordered by 10:30 a.m. for same-day delivery.

We work with small and large firms throughout the country. We have developed customized gift-giving services such as: 
*Monthly, automatic delivery schedule for birthdays, thank-you, hello 
*Six and 12 month gift-giving clubs. 
*Call-in account for a periodic need or for project needs 
*Order for a one-time special event

Cancellation Policy
For same day hand delivery - order must be cancelled within one hour of order, otherwise, there will be a 40% restocking fee. 

For next day hand delivery - order must be cancelled the same day of order - restocking fee will be 25%. If order is cancelled the day of delivery, restocking fee will be 40%. 

Orders cancelled 7 days before delivery, whether it is one basket or 1,000 is subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Once an order is placed, our designers immediately work on your basket and a process is set in motion. When an order is cancelled, time not only has been spent in the design but now in restocking the inventory and paper administration. In our business, time is very crucial. So before placing an order, please make sure you are satisfied with our product. Ask questions and be happy with our answers. 

Unfortunately, once a basket leaves our warehouse and is delivered to the recipient's address, we have a no return, no refund policy. We in good conscience cannot re-stock items that have been out of our control and in someone else's possession (courier, bell desk, concierge, etc.).

Same day delivery in San Francisco - $18.00 and up
Bay Area, same day or overnight - $25.00 and up

National and International, UPS:
Overnight, 2-day, 3-day and ground service.
Price based on Weight
Products may be substituted at our discretion, but quality will not be compromised.
